Installation
We install every type of roof system, and we start by working out which one the building actually needs. Flat or pitched, one story or twenty, the specification comes from the structure, the use below and what the roof has to survive.
Maintenance
Most roofs fail early because nobody looked after them. A maintenance program clears the drains, closes the small openings before weather finds them, and keeps a record of what has changed since last time.
Inspection
An inspection is a walk of the whole roof, not a glance from the parking lot. We report what is sound, what is failing, what it will take to fix, and what can safely wait another season.
Repair
Water rarely enters where it appears. We trace a leak back to where it starts, repair the system rather than the stain, and tell you whether the repair is the end of it or the start of a bigger conversation.
Waterproofing
Roofs are one part of the envelope. We install and maintain waterproofing across decks, plazas and below-grade structures so that water stays on the outside of the building.
